Have you registered your product for warranty using your unique warranty number?
This can be found on the outside of the box as well as in the warranty pamphlet inside the box.
If you did not purchase your light directly through Magicshine Australia and have not registered your product for warranty please contact the store you bought it from to claim your warranty directly through them.
